DayPass Retreat provides a curated booking platform offering access to selected hotel, resort, spa, and wellness experiences.

We act as a facilitator, connecting guests with independent partner venues.

All services are delivered by the respective partner.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information.

  • Respect and comply with the policies and house rules of each partner venue.

  • Use the platform only for legitimate and lawful purposes.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation by the partner venue.

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are specific to each experience and governed by the respective partner venue.

  • Details are presented on the product page and in your booking confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • DayPass Retreat is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or execution of services provided by partner venues.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform or partner services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, and trademarks on this platform are the property of DayPass Retreat Limited or are used under license.

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek resolution in good faith through amicable dialogue prior to pursuing formal legal action.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.

10. Compliance with Local Laws

We operate in alignment with applicable consumer protection and business regulations across the regions in which we offer our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

12. Product-Specific Booking & Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to curated experiences offered across selected partner venues, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, spas, lounges, fitness facilities, and other lifestyle destinations.

  • Reservations are subject to availability and may require advance booking, as specified on the individual experience page.

  • Cancellation and refund policies are defined per experience and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made within the applicable cancellation window or failure to attend (no-show) may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

  • Access to experiences is valid only for the confirmed date and time stated in the booking.

  • Guests are required to present a valid booking confirmation (such as a voucher, receipt, or confirmation email) along with identification upon arrival.

  • Certain venues may require additional steps prior to access, including but not limited to advance scheduling, waiver forms, or adherence to specific entry requirements.

  • Guests are expected to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines set by the respective partner venue, including but not limited to conduct, dress code, and use of facilities.

  • Unless otherwise permitted by the venue, outside food and beverages may not be allowed.

  • Where experiences include timed services (such as spa treatments), late arrival may result in reduced service time or forfeiture without refund or rescheduling.

  • Access to facilities may be limited to designated areas as defined by the specific experience.

  • Specific booking conditions, inclusions, and restrictions may vary by venue and will always be presented on the product page and in the booking confirmation.
